Our retreat here at Yeshua's Vineyard was one of the best ever. Right from the start we were blessed by Beyond the Walls Tent Ministry, Larry and Belinda Flowers, with our tent. Thank you!!! John Hobbs, Jr. shared a message of our need to just come to the Lord and be with Him. Yea God! Our praise team included Joshua Seawell, Kevin Davis, Joe and Kevin from Cove City, Kim, Lane Kennedy, Michelle Brown, and my sisters Dee and Cherry. Charley Brown blended our sound so beautifully. The Holy Spirit filled our hearts. On Saturday, Dave Newell, Pastor of River of Life Church in Raleigh, shared with us and had us share our dreams. He and Ina, as well as Charles and Judy Cash from ROL, prayed for all who came forward concerning their dreams. Ina shared beatiful harp music as Kim read the Word. Creatives--Art led by Sybil Hodge (with her side-kick, Jimmy), Writing led by Kim, and Music which I led--were awesome! We had such good food thanks to Kim, Wendy, Mike, Hobie, and others. Joy! Joy! Joy! Kevin led us in worship on Saturday evening. Also joining him were Danny Morgan, Jimmy, and Nick. Kevin had that multiple anointing. And we enjoyed all types of music! The youth from Kevin and Wendy's church shared a moving dance expression. Sunday morning we concluded with a bang! John, Jr. spoke again. Our praise team led in worship, as well as the Davis family. What a highlight! We wept in each other's arms, knowing how the Lord had healed Daddy, Mother, and Kevin and seeing just how far He had brought us. Sybil shared about the art creatives as we viewed her painting and others. Music Creatives sang the song we wrote, "Nothing Is Impossible With God." Inspiring creative writing was shared. Nicole and Brittany sang beautifully. All weekend we experienced the presence of the Lord. The children, too, really received. They weren't planning to come back on Sunday, but talked their dad into it because they had so much fun! What a terrific job Cliff Ann and Fay of Creative Ministries did in sharing from their hearts. This retreat, Awake My Soul and Sing, had everything!
